FOUNDER · MAINTAINER
Rajko Majcen
Founder and maintainer
More than three decades of technical project, product and company-building experience across security engineering, banking, telecommunications, business systems, open-source infrastructure and applied AI.
Rajko Majcen is a technology founder, technical project leader and product builder with more than three decades of experience turning complex operational requirements into working systems. His career began in 1993 in the cryptographic security department of Slovenia’s Ministry of Defence, where he conducted forensic security analysis, identified system weaknesses and developed KeyLock, a custom hardware–software protection system.
In 1996, he founded Zrcalo, designed electronic-banking solutions and supported banks through Slovenia’s national payment reform. His subsequent work spanned major software delivery, telecommunications and number portability, business VoIP and unified communications, and enterprise-system implementation. He founded and grew Alstar, sold the company to Stelkom in 2013 and supported its later integration.
Since 2018, his focus has expanded to open-source platforms, Linux and data infrastructure, AI agents and the integration of AI into operational workflows. Since 2022, he has focused intensively on developing AI applications for a wide range of professional and operational contexts.
OpenLegalCore brings this accumulated systems, product and governance experience to a transparent, verifiable foundation for legal AI.
