PUBLIC RECORD / WHAT CHANGED

OpenLegalCore has published Slovenian Case Law Pipeline v0.1.7 as a source-available component under BUSL-1.1. The repository contains the ingestion implementation, documentation, tests and deployment templates for maintaining Slovenian case-law records.

The component discovers and normalises supported records from the Slovenian judiciary’s case-law portal, keeps PostgreSQL as the authoritative state and maintains Qdrant as a derived semantic index. Version 0.1.7 updates public documentation and release metadata around the production-verified v0.1.6 implementation; it does not claim a new ingestion implementation.

The release boundary remains explicit. It does not publish source credentials, court decisions, source records, embedding access, managed PostgreSQL or Qdrant services, a retrieval or ranking interface, legal analysis or legal advice. Any public case-law data snapshot remains subject to its own separate release gate.
