PUBLIC RECORD / WHAT CHANGED

OpenLegalCore has published Legal OCR Pipeline v0.1.2 under Apache-2.0. The repository contains the command-line component, documentation, tests, offline review tooling, a security policy and the canonical recorded-acceptance record.

The release combines AI-native visual recognition with deterministic rendering, page identity, validation, retries, checkpoints and ordered output. Its public offline review tool supports private local page-level comparison between source pages and OCR transcripts.

The publication boundary remains explicit. The package is not a hosted service, packaged library API, container image or graphical application, and it does not include a dedicated Open WebUI connector. The source filing and generated acceptance artefacts remain private, while the component acceptance section presents the bounded method, result and known limits behind the release.
