PUBLIC RECORD / WHAT CHANGED

OpenLegalCore has completed the Public project foundation gate. The project home now connects canonical Component, Evidence, Roadmap and Governance records with a documented Deployment boundary, bounded contribution paths and a monitored project-wide security channel.

Publication controls are operating as one typed workflow: public Articles and Updates derive their index entries, News projection, feeds, sitemap and machine-readable discovery records, while whole-site and Component-family checks reject missing or contradictory publication relationships.

This completion records the project’s public operating foundation. It does not make every Component public or production-ready, complete the Community and partnerships gate, publish private legal data, grant access to the private system core or create a project-wide licence.
